1. Your Data Responsibilities
You need to make sure you have the right to upload, connect, process, share, and use the relevant data.
When using GoalfyData, please confirm that:
You own the relevant data or have obtained lawful authorization;
You have the right to let agents, MCP, CLI, or other tools access this data within the authorized scope;
You will not upload, process, or share data that infringes others' rights, violates contractual obligations, violates laws or regulations, or breaches confidentiality obligations;
If the data contains personal information, you have completed the required notice, consent, or other lawful basis under applicable law.
GoalfyData provides datasets, permissions, sharing, and agent access capabilities, but you remain responsible for the data you upload, connect, process, and share.
2. Data You Should Not Upload
Unless GoalfyData expressly agrees in writing, do not upload or process the following types of data:
Payment card data, bank accounts, or financial account credentials;
Health data, medical records, or diagnosis information;
Biometric data;
Children's personal information;
Classified government information or third-party confidential data that you are not authorized to process;
Identity documents, passports, driver's licenses, social security numbers, or other highly sensitive identity information;
Precise geolocation data;
Personal information that was scraped, purchased, or obtained without authorization;
Illegal, infringing, fraudulent, phishing, malicious-code, harassing, or other high-risk content.
If you are unsure whether data is appropriate for GoalfyData, do not upload it until you have contacted us for guidance.
3. Agent and Third-Party Tool Access
When you connect an agent, MCP client, CLI, development environment, or third-party tool, grant access only to the data it needs.
Please note:
Agents can only access datasets, apps, and context within the scope you authorize;
Third-party agents or tools may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies;
You can limit visible datasets, tables, columns, rows, or apps;
You can modify or revoke agent access permissions at any time;
We do not recommend authorizing sensitive data to third-party tools that you do not understand or cannot control.
4. Sharing Datasets and Apps
You may share datasets or apps with team members, customers, or other agent workflows.
Before sharing, please confirm:
Who the recipient is;
Whether the recipient needs to log in;
Whether it is read-only;
Which datasets, apps, tables, columns, and rows are visible;
Whether downloads are allowed;
Whether email notifications are required;
Whether an expiration date or revocation mechanism is required.
Sharing with specific recipients does not make content public. You can change or revoke sharing permissions at any time.
5. Public Links and Public Publishing
If you create public links, public data apps, public dashboards, pages accessible without login, downloadable public data, or endpoints accessible externally, please be especially careful.
Before public publishing, please confirm:
It does not contain payment card, health, biometric, children's information, identity documents, contact information, precise location, or other sensitive fields;
It does not contain data you have no right to make public;
It does not contain illegal, infringing, fraudulent, phishing, malicious, or high-risk content;
The public content will not disclose the privacy or trade secrets of customers, employees, partners, or third parties;
You can still accept the risk if the content is externally redistributed.
GoalfyData may review publicly shared content for security, privacy, and legal risks. When necessary, we may restrict access, require de-identification, convert public sharing to private sharing, remove content, or suspend sharing.
